Tim travels the world recording events as he sees them; World Cup football, street life in Ghana, jungle scenes in Borneo. He is most effective with a pen, a sketchbook, water colours and a camera on location. In his studio in the UK he makes paintings, prints and illustrations, for a wide range of audiences. He exhibits at the New Academy and Curwen Gallery with solo shows in 2002/4/6 and regularly contributes to group shows in London, Manchester, Bristol and abroad.
He has worked closely with the Professional Footballers Association, the British Council and the FA's fan groups to make a compelling record of supporting football around the world. In 2002 he went to the World Cup in Japan and Korea as the PFA's football artist. In 2004 he attended the European Championships in Portugal and in 2006 he experienced the World Cup in Germany from the streets of Accra in Ghana. In August 2008 he attended the Olympic Games in Beijing, and is currently working on a solo exhibition and publication from the Games scheduled for 2009.
He graduated from Camberwell School of Art and the Royal College of Art and continues to work in education as a senior lecturer in Graphic Communication in Bath. He has published over 10 books for children.
