A Union of Watercolour: Y Gaer Museum

Y Gaer Museum brings together members of three watercolour societies: the Royal Watercolour Society of Wales, the Royal Watercolour Society and the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour.

The Royal Watercolour Society of Wales has invited members of both societies to join them in this special joint exhibition, celebrating the versatility of watercolour. From bold, expressive brushstrokes and free-flowing colour to intricate details, botanical studies and abstract works, discover the many ways artists are exploring this endlessly varied medium.

Exhibiting RWS artists: Olivia Adamczyk O’Sullivan, Liz Butler, Jione Choi, Julie D. Cooper, Martin Jacobs, Simon Pierse, Mark Ragget, Linda Saul, Miao Tan and Lisa Traxler.
